But, we will offer fit videos so that you can hear us talk about why we may size up or down in some of those situations. Not all brands manufacture a full-size run. We want you all to wear what you love and love what you wear! And, remember to tag us on Facebook when you’re wearing something from our boutique!
OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
- You have 10 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to send back the return for an exchange or store credit on your account. The item(s) must be in the mail and timestamped at the post office within 10 days of being delivered in order for us to accept the return. There may or may not be items available to cover your exchange. Due to our high volume of sales, if we do not have an item for exchange in your requested size/style, you will receive a store credit.
Please be sure to send us an email to customerservice@shopjjrae.com first to confirm your eligible return. After we respond to your email, please mail back your item(s) (all items must be in their original packaging) with the following information included:
- Your sales slip:
- Your name:
- Order #:
- Reason for the return (if the item is damaged, please just let us know. You will be reimbursed for shipping if the item is damaged in the form of a shop credit or we can PayPal you the cost)
- All tags, barcodes/bagging should return with the item.
*If there is no prior communication of a return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to ship it back to you. Returned/exchanged item(s) must be unwashed, and unworn, must have tags still attached, and be free of any scents, stains, pet hair, or damages. The Buyer will be responsible for paying all return shipping charges. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process after receipt/delivery to the warehouse.
