Shipping policy

Shipping:

• $8.00 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
• Orders are processed and shipped out Monday-Friday, within 72 hours.
  

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 21 days from your date of purchase. Email customerservice@shopjjrae.com
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. 

DROPSHIP SHIPPING POLICY

Items in our "from Afar" collection are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure you receive authentic, curated pieces from around the world.

From Afar Collection Shipping Details:

• Flat rate of $15.00 per item (US domestic only) and in addition to shipping from our in stock items that we ship from 1802 N. Oak Street, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
• Processing time: 5-10 business days before shipment
• Delivery time:  15-45 business days after processing, you will receive tracking information once your item ships.
• Shipping charges apply in addition to standard shipping for other items in your order
• You will receive tracking information once your item ships
• These items ship separately from our in-stock inventory
